Family Firm Institute/New England Chapter
The purpose of the FFI/New England Chapter is to create an open forum for members to exchange ideas and knowledge and for the thorough review of the unique issues and concerns that face family owned businesses today and tomorrow. Members include educators specializing in the field of family business and advisors from a variety of professional backgrounds.
Harvard Lampoon
Founded in 1876, the Harvard Lampoon is the oldest continuously published humor magazine in the world. The Lampoon has parodied such publications as USA Today, Newsweek, Rolling Stone and Entertainment Weekly. Lampoon alums include John Updike, George Plimpton, Conan O'Brien, and Robert Benchley. Massachusetts Prostate Cancer Coalition (MPCC)
MPCC was founded to promote research and disseminate information relating to prostate cancer. The Coalition sponsors research on prostate cancer in collaboration with local hospitals and various health care providers and engages people across the Commonwealth in outreach to increase funding for prostate cancer education and research. MPCC's annual events include a spring symposium and a fall dinner featuring a nationally prominent speaker. MPCC also publishes a periodic enewsletter that provides current news, regional information, research and web-based resources about prostate cancer for newly diagnosed individuals, survivors and their families, as well as health care professionals.
