Judy Green
Judy Green, managing partner, holds a Ph.D. in aesthetics and education from Marquette University as well as a CSS certificate from Harvard University. She formed Green Associates in 1990. Green serves as a member of the Advisory Council for IFERA (International Family Enterprise Research Academy). A frequent commentator in the field of family-owned business, Green is the author of numerous articles and was the technical editor of The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Successful Family Business (Alpha Books/The Penguin Group 2009). Her article “Four Aesthetic Models for Relevant Research in the Field of Family Enterprise” appears in Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise (Emerald Books, August 2010).
Andrew Finn
Andrew Finn graduated summa cum laude from Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor of Science in Management and International Business. While completing his undergraduate studies, Andrew worked with numerous organizations to solve problems and improve performance – including organizations in the areas of public administration, performing arts, wholesale trade and print media. Andrew is currently pursuing an MBA at Northeastern University. He also writes about business and personal finance for several online platforms.
Janet Horton
Janet Horton holds an MBA from Northeastern University. Prior to joining Green Associates in 1998, she started Architects Business Managers Group in Boston to discuss common problems and solutions for architects. Horton also owned and managed two companies, both related to printing, with total combined annual sales of over 3 million dollars. She has taught strategic management in the business school at Northeastern University.
Brigett Owens
Brigett Owens is a digital media specialist with over 10 years experience marketing and monetizing brands in the online space. As Interactive Media Consultant for McClatchy Co. and Director of Digital Media for News Press & Gazette she has worked with both B2B and B2C clients to grow web traffic, increase conversion of online visitors to offline customers, build brand-to-consumer connections and strategically grow businesses through the use of digital and social media. Past clients have included Kansas City Ballet, KC Repertory Theatre, Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, National Association of the Remodeling Industry, and The American College of Technology among others.
